Grup d'Anellament de Calldetenes-Osona

In winter big numbers of finches gather together in fields in the county. We have always taken advantage of these oportunities to ring them. For example, in winter 2005-2006 massive numbers of Bramblings were caught.

Indeed, the inspiration for the logo of the group came from the most ringed species during the first years, the Chaffinch (Fringilla coelebs).
